Family Mediator Bettsie Wild
Bettsie focuses her practice on helping the parties “Remember the kids … an outcome everyone can live with.”
Bettsie is a family mediator for divorce and custody in Anchorage. She received training from the State of Alaska as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Abused and Neglected Children and as a Child Custody Investigator in divorce and custody-related cases. Bettsie later completed comprehensive training as a divorce/custody mediator from the Mediation Training and Consultation Institute in Chicago, Illinois.
Bettsie Wild is a third generation Alaskan who has worked in the legal field since 1989 and has been mediating divorce and custody cases since 2001. Bettsie graduated from Dimond High School, received further education at UAA in Anchorage, and later completed the graduate level paralegal studies program at the University of San Diego, specializing in civil litigation.
